Were you expecting an email that did not arrive?
Email Issues with Xtra and other service providers
Since Xtra changed hands the Spam filters have been strengthened and it appears that a high proportion of our emails simply do not get through to you.
If you are an Xtra customer and have not been receiving our emails, please follow these instructions to clear us out of your Spam folder...
1. Log in to your Xtra account via the Website.
2. Click on Spam in the left hand column.
3. Select the email from ET Graphics.
4. Right click and select "This is not Spam".
This should now enable you to receive all emails from ET Graphics.
