Creating and ordering your private sale sign online is easy! We deliver your sign to Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, in fact anywhere in New Zealand.
Before you are able to save or order your sign you will need to register. Your details will be treated in strict confidence.
Private sale signs are produced in our factory in Paraparaumu and shipped out overnight to anywhere in New zealand. Your private sale sign is manufactured to a high stand and using quality materials. We have many clients all over the country from Auckland to Christchurch, and we are delighted with the great response we have had to our real estate signs.
You will find the data entry required to create your private sale signs to be very simple.
Just choose the template that best suits your needs and then: - Fill in your selling information in the spaces provided
- To upload your photos click browse and select your images from your computer (1 Meg Jpegs are fine. Larger files will take longer to upload)
- Click update preview at the bottom of the page
- View the proof and make any changes - Update preview again
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter quantity and delivery address
- Enter comments (ie if the text needs a little adjustment please ask us for the change)
- Click order
You will be asked for payment by PAYPAL This is a very secure way of paying, but if this does not suit you we are happy to accept a bank deposit, manual credit card payment or cheque.
Important Your Order will be confirmed on your screen and an email with a picture file of your sign will be sent to your registration email address. If you don't receive this please check your order went through.
Please Note If you first register using the Reister Button top right of screen, then you can save your work. Your photos will also be saved for later recall should you need marketing cards for example.
Incorrect Information Sent If you find after ordering that there is a problem with your information, please click the link to place your order on hold, or contact us on 0800 93 8700. Orders are actioned sometime within minutes of receipt so do not delay. It is your responsibility to make sure that the order is correct.
Marketing Tips
Some 73% of buyer enquiry comes from within 5km of your property. You should therefore ensure that households in your area know about your property being on the market. There are two ways to do this. - Open Home Signs
- Open Home Invitations or Marketing Cards
You will find we also supply both those products. You will also see we do a bundle of private sale sign and marketing cards. That is the least expensive way to go.
You can come back later and re-order simply by finding your orginal sign order (Probably now under Shipped) and clicking re-order.
Track your order from the data in the top left of your screen where it will show you saved file, In print files etc.
Delivery is 48 hours or sooner. We will contact you about payment if you elect not to use PAYPAL, or if there are any delays. We use Post Haste unless requested otherwise.
Vandalised Signs
If your private sale sign gets vandalised then we will replace it for half price. Please let us know by replying to your confirmation email.
