On line ordering assistance
The ordering demo is visually a little out of date but you will get the idea.
Registering
Contact us on 0800 93 8700 or self register. If you are looking for specialised templates then you may have to be manually registered to be able to see them.
If you are a member of a business group or franchise then we will need to manually add you to the catalogue concerned.
If you are registering for generic templates then those will be immediately visible to you, but you will need to self register in order to place and order or save your work.
Logging On
Log in at the top right of your page with your email address and password
Choose the catalogue that you require from the list
Placing an order
- Choose the product group you require from the list on the left
- Choose a template from the list of thumbnail images
- Enter the details in the boxes provided(Click Update preview at the bottom of the page to see the information populate into the template)
- If the template has images then click the browse button to locate the image on your computer
- Click Update preview to see what your order will look like.
- Make changes if necessary and Update preview again.
- If your template has more than one page then click on page 2 and repeat.
- Click on checkout when you are satisfied with your work.
- Please choose a quantity and delivery details.
- In comments make any notes about things like delivery or minor changes to the finished work if needed.
- If you are asked for payment then you can do so through PayPal
- If you wish to pay by another method then let us know in comments and we will contact you.
- If you require changes that involve a proof back to you then there is an additional $30 cost
