Please be aware that if we receive a brief and then go ahead and make up concept design work, there will be a cost involved. At all times we will endeavor to give you what you want but it should be understood that all of the time and effort has to be rewarded by payment. You will receive an estimate at each stage in order to make a decision on whether to go ahead. Design is very subjective and what we come up with may not be what you had imagined, so it is important to give us as much information as possible.

Deadlines
Designers are creative people with a real talent. It is important that you trust the artwork to do the job. Tinkering with the final design can change the whole look and readability and this may affect the end result. Adding more information can mean a total restructuring of the document involving a lot more time, so please try to give us all the information up front.
Please remember that less is more and that the clever use of white space will draw the eye to the information you want to impart. Edit your message to get across the essential message clearly and concisely. A crowded document can simply frustrate the reader and lose their attention.
