How do I place an order?

Go to the home page for a Demonstration. The Demo button will run a movie for you. Please be aware this video is a little dated and the content my not resemble the current pages, but the function are still the same.

I have not received a proof. What do I do?

If your order has been successfully completed then you will see the words Thank you for your order. At the same time the system automatically generates an email to the address you logged on with. If you do not receive this email then check your spam folder, particularly with Xtra customers. You will need to log onto your service provider to do this.

If you have still not received a proof please log in and check the left column near the top of the page under My Orders. (See image below)  There you will see the status of your order and you can click on it to view, or change the status. is you may wish to place the order on hold. That will place it in the Waiting Approval folder and we will not action it until you release it back To Print. In this screen you can proof the order. You can also send the link to another person to view the order on line.

Immediately log in and change the status of your order from 'To Print' to 'Put on Hold' If the order says 'In Print' please phone immeditely and ask for the order to be held.

Can I have my own templates on-line?

Yes. We need to replicate your artwork 'on line' as sort of form you fill out. This form or template can be formatted in many different ways and contain photos etc. The main qualification for a template is that it should be adaptable and able to be usued many times with variable data in it. An example might be a business card where the name, photo and details can be varied but the branding remains constant. A newsletter will also work if your layout is always going to be reasonably constant. Photos can be inserted into the page in predetermined places but if not used then the text will flow through as if they were not there.

I'ts not working properly - What do I do?

My photos don't seem to upload - or take a very long time

Please make sure your photos are of a reasonable size. 1 meg is heaps for most things including signs. If you are selecting several large images and then clicking Update preview you may find it times out. Try selecting your photos one at a time and Update preview each one in turn so the total file size is not so large. Try downsizing your photos.

My Photos don't fit the template and are being cropped incorrectly.

You can crop your photos afterward by going to My Images under Housekeeping top left of your screen.
  1. Select Edit on the photograph you wish to crop
  2. Drag the gadgets to get the shape you want
  3. Save

  4. Your photo will now display more accurately when you return to the template and go Update preview. If your photo is rotated incorrectly then you can correct that also.

The text in my message is all squashed and too small to read properly.

Some text boxes are formatted to resize the text automatically. If you have simply got too much text then edit your message to make it larger. Try not to use additional blank lines as this will take up space. A new paragraph will normally give you one and a half spaces without the addition of another blank line.
